This site is a tribute to Simon Rowlands, who was born in Llandudno on July 26, 1961. Simon has shown immense courage & determination over the last 17 months, I couldn’t be prouder of my beautiful husband, he went to sea forever on 23rd June 2019......

I would like to say a massive Thank you for all the donations on behalf of Simon/Taff on this tribute page. Also for the kind donations given @ the chapel & on facebook.

Everyone’s kind thoughts & loving/knowing words spoken about Simon/Taff whether it has been on this site, portrayed in all the lovely cards, messages on facebook or @ the celebration of life for Simon, has been a great source of comort to myself & family & would have meant the world to him. It has left me bursting with love & pride for my beautiful man.

Thoughts

For two brothers who, due to circumstances, only knew each other for 7 years, we were remarkably similar; Simon was Royal Navy, I was Merchant Navy, we both vied to be the best 'Uncle Albert' storyteller and we both found the loves of our lives after tortuous journeys hence, when I first met him, I felt I'd known him for ever. Rest in peace brother, you were mightily loved.

Thank you for setting up this tribute to Simon. We hope that you find it a positive experience and that it becomes a place of comfort and inspiration for you to visit whenever you want or need to.
