11th November 2019Mandy has completed the couch to 5k @ Heaton Park today. A massive "Thank You" to Mandy 🌟 for undertaking the run in the first instance in memory of Simon & all her amazing efforts in raising much needed awareness & funds. Thanks to everyone who has kindly donated sponsorships its greatly appreciated.
